- Current and new owners are required to use licensed contractors for any renovations and repairs and must fill out the owner work form and provide to the Site Manager. Owner_Renovation_Repair_Form
- Important reminder for owners and guests: Please do not leave valuable items in your car unsecured. It is highly recommended you take your surfboards into your unit. Do not leave in your car or strapped to the roof overnight.
- Security cameras currently monitor the parking lot.
