Guest and Owner House Rules
For your convenience the Board has prepared a condensed version of the house rules. A full version of the rules is available upon request.
Current and new owners are required to use licensed contractors for any renovations and repairs and must fill out the owner work form and provide to the Site Manager and the President. Owner_Renovation_Repair_Form
- Please direct any problems or complaints to the onsite manager: Zach Tinder, sealodge1manager@gmail.com located in building B, #2.
- Please be mindful that noise travels. All noise from whatever source, especially cell phones, TV, radio and music shall be minimized so as not to disturb neighbors. SeaLodge is a multi-level complex. Quiet time is between 10 PM – 8 AM.
- Personal items (coolers, toys, beach items, etc) are not permitted in or on the stairs, walkways or common areas. The Board may order removal of any item that detracts from the appearance of the complex.
- Dispose of disinfecting wipes in the trash only. Do not flush them as they clog the sewer system pipes.
- Throwing, shaking or dumping anything from the lanai, windows, balconies or doors is strictly prohibited.
- Barbequing is allowed only in the designated BBQ picnic area across from the pool. OPEN FLAMES AND SMOKING ARE NOT PERMITTED on the lanais, balconies, or anywhere on the property except the BBQ picnic area. Ash receptacles are provided. Smoking is not allowed in the units unless it has been designated by the owner as allowable.
- Loitering or playing on the walkways or stairs is not permitted.
- Trash must be secured in plastic bags and deposited into the dumpsters. Corrugated boxes must be separated for recycling and placed next to the dumpster bins. Please remove any remaining plastic tape. There is also a container for other recyclable items such as bottles, cans, glass, plastic. No hazardous waste is allowed.
- Do not overload the garbage disposal. Deposit kitchen waste, especially fruit rinds, pineapple cores and bones in the trash.
- Parking in stalls marked “permit” is for residents and guests staying in the complex. Those vehicles must display a current parking permit and have current registration. Inoperable vehicles will be towed at owner expense. Princeville Sealodge I is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles.
- Please do not feed the wildlife. This includes nene geese, cats, chickens and birds.
- The pool is reserved for owners and renters of SeaLodge and their accompanied guests. Pool rules are posted. Pool hours are 8 AM- 7 PM. It can rain suddenly and aggressively in Kauai.
- Please close the windows if you are leaving the unit for any significant amount of time. Lock sliding doors and windows when retiring or vacating the unit.
